I had a cat named Merah (red)..I was like the second owner of Merah cuz he likes to come to my house and spent more time with my family instead of his real owner.every morning he wait for his snack in front of the door.I usually carry him around and kiss him before I give his snack.I guess my mom is the closest person to him.he wasn't at my house when he died.I heard that if the cat loves you so much,it won't die in front of you..is it true?
We miss him so much.we have this photo album that full of his photo.
I miss u Merah ♥

I like animals, but I prefer cats. I used to have 2 female cats, a male cat and a male dog at the same time.
The dog, a half-collie called Tibot, died in january 2003, when he was 14 years old. One female cat diappeared when she was 9 years old, in july 2003, and the male cat, was 10 years old when he died, in march 2005.
I keep a female cat (11 years old) and have other two female cats (5 and 3 years old)

I was never really an animal person until I got my first cat Snowie over 22 years ago! She was the best thing that was born in 1987 and I was all hers! When she died(June 25th, 2007)(RIP July 3rd, 1987 to June 25st, 2007) I took her passing very badly!! even before I got to my home I felt that my home was missing a cat. I remembered what a close friend of mine said to me a year or so before snowie died. The local Veternarian Clinics are always looking for great loving homes for the kittens that are dropped off to them and she thought that my home would be ideal for an unwanted kitten.
My female solid grey long haired cat Graysie came to live with me the next day. 3 days later my calico female kayleigh came home and last but least a little less then 2 years later I adoped a very sick light silvery grey long haired little boy Taylor(who is now a heathy little spoiled house cat like his sisters)
With the excellent experience that I have had I would recommen to anyone to adopt a kitten from their local Animal Hospitals. Some of the local animal hospitals will usually give new owners discounts on their vet bills, that includes spays and nueters, Providing that you continue to use the animal hospital that your new cat came from. You can get further discounts if you recommend friends and family to that particular animal hospital. All they have to do is mention your name to the vet as a recommendation.

I've always been a dog person...mainly because I am allergic to the dander on a cat. Things changed when I moved to Spain and was adopted by 4 feral domestic kittens...so I fed them, gave them names and bit by bit discovered a highly amusing and loyal animal. I still love dogs but I have to say my mornings wouldn't be the same without a faceful of cat, having my face washed and followed with me sneezing for a good 10 mins.

I did have four, 1 gave birth, then there was 10...1 died giving birth then there was 9. 1 wandered then 8. 4 got new homes, then there were 4. 2 were stolen...leaving me 2 of the originals Amber and Ginger. Ginger is a wanderer and Amber is my baby bear...loving, intelligent and likes chasing toes. They are Heinz 57...some siamese, tabby and a whole lotta wild cat.

I forgot to mention Sookie a long haired tri-colour...she is another domestic feral, very skittish...likes rubbing chairs :)

PAW TRACKS IN THE MOONLIGHT by Denis O'Connor RRP £7.99

see the book here: http://www.constablerobinson.com/?section=books&book=paw_tracks_in_the_moonlight_9781849011198_paperback

The heart-warming story of one man and his cat that has already been a huge local bestseller in Durham.
When Denis O’Connor rescues a three-week-old kitten from certain death during a snowstorm, little does he know how this tiny creature will change his life forever. Against all odds the kitten – who he names Toby Jug – survives and forms an unusually strong bond with his rescuer.

Set against the rural splendour of Northumberland, Paw Tracks in the Moonlight charmingly chronicles the adventures of one man and his Maine Coone cat. From an invasion of bees at Owl Cottage to the case of the disappearing tomatoes, life with Toby Jug – who believes himself to be human – is never dull. Nevertheless, it is only when Denis and Toby Jug embark on a summer camping trip on horseback in the Cheviot Hills that a new world opens up for them both.

I love cats! They are so much fun. They seem to know how to make you feel better and give so much unconditonal love just for a dinner and a little tlc. They are great friends and amuse me to no end. Plus they are beautiful. I have 3. I call them my 'furkids'.
