Karmila Cheng I just finished reading the first book! I bought the second book, but I don't think I should read it because my new semester is almost here, and I know I'd be abandoning all of my assignments if I just read one sentence of A Clash of Kings! I won't be able to put it down!!!!

Dani Nothing to do with Martin's work, but for those who keep on waiting for the man to finish ADWD while he is watching football and posting in his blog about figurines, I wanted to share with you a trilogy (already finished) that is helping me with my ASOIAF need... First Law trilogy by Joe Abercrombie. Check it out if yo...u haven't read it yet. VERY good characters, good story line and mature situations.

David Goodhart ok, so i got into A Song of Ice and Fire . it took all day, but now i'm glad i did. awesome series, just hope the new one is out by the time i finish the first four! work tomorrow, sunday, monday and tuesday, then off for my birthday for a week!
