i like this engine really , i go often to a reaserach base called CEMA where JSTOR is provided there for all student , free acces, well of course iam in north africa , exactly algeria , let alone the director is an american called bob , he is a great guy , and he gave us alot of help , and i think GSTOR ca...re about both the efficiant of the engine , and workers

Rob I really wish that JStor had a more accessible licensing scheme for independent scholars. Perhaps some universities could start charging scholar tuition for access to their library resources.
